90 Days… 90 Lessons…

Every day along the trail we will be sitting in the morning w/ our horses and asking the question,”you are the teacher, I am the student, what is the lesson?” as a meditation on what our equine partners have to teach us about being more fully human.

We invite you to join us with your own daily mindfulness practice. Take some quiet time each day for undemanding time with your own horse, or even as an open query of the day, and then post your reflections here as a part of the community supporting us on our journey.

I want to wish you all the most amazing journey of your lives…I am saddened by the fact that I chose not to be a part of this wonderful experience, but I know that the amazing team you have will bring smiles and adventures for the next few months that you will remember for the rest of your lives…ENJOY <3

Good luck to everyone on this trip. It sounds like alot of fun.

My reflection is to look for challenges and accomplish them over time.

I try to take time out of my busy life and spend time with my rambunctious horse Patrick (that is half houdiani) which drives me crazy but I loved him!!!!!! I wish I could spend more time with him but with school and homework I just cant so on the weekend it is me and him am to pm which I love, which it could be like that all the time. Enough about me and my horse let her more about you. Hows the trip? Is there any exciting wild life? tell more about your horse? best wishs
